La Bergerie, Seillans
La Bergerie is a perfect location to enjoy a peaceful and luxurious holiday in an idyllic rural setting but still only a 5 minute drive away from the shops and restaurants of Seillans, one of France's most beautiful medieval villages. This is an area renowned for its outstanding natural beauty and which typifies the peace and tranquility of Provence, yet is only 30 minutes from Cannes and its beautiful beaches.
The site consists of two properties, the main house and a smaller former shepherd's house called La Petite Bergerie. The main house can be rented on it's own or with La Petite Bergerie
La Bergerie will welcome you back from a day on the beach, shopping in Cannes, a day's golf or cycling in the foothills of the Provencal mountains. It's terraces are a perfect place to enjoy a chilled glass of rosé as you gaze across the valley to the Esterels, and the Mediterranean.
La Bergerie
La Bergerie, positioned on the south-facing slope of Le Cuinier, provides stunning views across hills and plain towards the Esterel Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
This is the main house of the property, surrounded by large wonderfully scented gardens with four terraces of olive trees, fig trees, oaks and cypresses as well as sweet smelling lavender, jasmine, rosemary and many Mediterranean shrubs and flowers.
La Petite Bergerie
La Petite Bergerie is the original shepherd's house, a beautiful cosy and luxurious retreat which we have recently renovated. It is ideal for a couple or a small family.
La Petite Bergerie can be rented with the main house but unfortunately cannot be rented on its own.

"La Bergerie- Stunning Views To The Mediterranean"
We arrived in less than a hour from Nice airport climbing up the hillside to La Bergerie that nestles among olive, fig and apricot trees. The views to the Mediterranean are absolutely breathtaking as they are of the local vegetation of Cypress and pine trees. The property was tastefully furnished and was fresh and inviting. The house manager had been in regular contact and organised a starter shopping pack that was as agreed so we were immediately installed and our holiday began. In our hire car we explored the neighbouring village in Fayance and the weekly market where we got local produce. There is a beautiful church we went into. We also had dinner at one of the many outstanding restaurants. We spent a day in beautiful Antibes where we went to the market and had a fresh seafood lunch at a beach club restaurant. We also made an early journey to St Tropez to the twice weekly market - as before we made some beautiful purchases of clothing and home pieces. We then spent the day at Club 55 where we had a delicious lunch and people and boat watched! This was our second visit to La Bergerie and we thought it even more beautiful and still so many new places to explore. We even managed a personal yoga session on the stunning decking - great start to our day. The house is a perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area or just chill by the pool with amazing views. The property is equipped to a very high standard and managed extremely well with no request being too much trouble. We will definitely visit again next year.
